We offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy within a specified timeframe, typically 30 days from purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached for eligibility. WE DO NOT DO RETURNS FOR CUSTOMIZED PIECES.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Processing time for orders is three to five business days which does not include weekends or holidays. After the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email which will include all necessary details to track your order. To track your order click here.
What payment options are accepted?
We accept payments via debit/credit cards, PayPal, and AfterPay via online and in-debit/credit card in-person. All credit/debit payments require proof of identity.
Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Lee Dolls Boutique ?

Do you offer promotional coupons?
Not at the moment. But do look out for seasonal discounts between 15% to 75%.
Is there a physical location to shop?
Yes, we are located at 88–12 Linden Blvd, St. Albans, NY. You are welcome to shop in-person during our store hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on major holidays.
After my order is submitted can I make changes to it or cancel it ?
We will attempt to make the change or cancel within the same day your order is made. If you contact us after the day you place the order we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or canceled.
